Christopher Garcia is a partner in the White Collar Defense & Investigations practice at Latham & Watkins LLP. He defends companies, boards of directors, executives, broker-dealers, and investment advisers in their highest-stakes regulatory and criminal disputes. Prior to private practice, Chris served as Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
