Biography
Gregory C. Baecher is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Baecher oversees the firm’s capital solutions group and helps lead corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2024, Mr. Baecher was a Partner at Warburg Pincus, the global growth-focused private equity investor, where he spent 20 years in various roles including investing, strategy, fundraising and investor relations. Mr. Baecher started his career at J.P. Morgan Chase in the real estate and lodging investment banking and credit portfolio groups. Mr. Baecher graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University, where he received a BA in Economics with High Distinction.
