Biography
Mary Proctor Trane is a Master Facilitator, Speaker, and Coach dedicated to developing courageous, authentic, and effective leaders.
Over the past 20+ years, Mary has trained and coached thousands of professionals in topics including courageous leadership, strengths-based leadership & performance, presentation skills, communication skills, team and culture building, and management techniques. Her approach was cultivated over 11-years spent working in the Estee Lauder companies where she trained some of the most creative minds in the industry. Mary’s warm and engaging facilitation style is informed by her first career as a professional actor. She holds an M.F.A. in Performance from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory, a Coaching Certification from NYU, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Dare to Lead facilitator, and a Certified Fierce Conversations Master Facilitator. Originally from Minneapolis, Mary now lives in NYC with her husband, son, and very expressive dog, Trixie.
