“Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a mindset and practice to inspire and influence people toward a shared purpose. It’s how you show up every day, no matter where you are or who you’re with. Leadership means speaking up for what matters, supporting people who might feel overlooked, trying new things even when it may feel uncomfortable, and owning your mistakes so you can learn from them. Great leaders lead with empathy. Leaders understand that being clear is a form of kindness that builds trust. Leaders know that curiosity helps them and others grow. Leaders know that listening is more powerful than being right. You don’t need all the answers to lead, you just need to be willing to learn, care, be true to who you are and use influence to make a positive impact.”
