“Legacy leadership means creating systems, not dependencies. How can we think about getting better every day, the impact for which will drive results now, while also leaving a lasting mark on the next generation of leaders within your organizations.
Corporate leadership focuses on results, innovation, accountability, which are a prerequisite, but merge that with the skills required in community leadership, and you create cultures that perform and uplift while leaving behind a meaningful legacy.”
