“To me, particularly in my current role, leadership means holding fast to the Constitution and to ethical principles, even when doing so is unpopular or inconvenient. True leadership requires listening to dissent, protecting those who raise concerns, and guiding others in a way that honors both integrity and humanity. It is not about blind obedience but about ensuring that justice and accountability remain at the center of every mission.”
