Prior to joining Peloton, Sean successfully led the benefits team at a prominent health insurer. His professional journey includes significant contributions in benefits consulting, where he collaborated with diverse businesses to shape their benefits strategy. A proven leader, Sean is adept at implementing high-value programs, along with the necessary processes and systems for effective administration. His extensive experience encompasses health and welfare, wellness, retirement, rewards and recognition, time and attendance, leave of absence, and employee perks offerings.

Sean earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
