QuSecure is a market-leading provider of post-quantum cybersecurity solutions supporting mission-critical organizations across federal, defense, and commercial markets, and in this role Brian partners closely with the CEO to translate strategy into disciplined execution—aligning people, processes, and systems to reduce friction and scale the business with clarity, speed, and accountability.

Brian is also an uniquely accomplished former Navy SEAL, senior leader and discerning strategist with deep command experience in organizational advancement through operational design, operational management, individual and team talent mentorship, leading-edge technology integration, and productivity innovation. A risk and mitigation expert, Brian has a proven track record of leading the most elite SEAL and Special Operations teams, from 2 to 12,000 people across up to 35 subordinate units, in unimaginably austere, disparate and ambiguous situations to no-fail successful outcomes. He is aggressive and versatile in leading people, teams, and organizations across capabilities, agencies, cultures, and disciplines with efficient resourcing.
