Introduction
Resilient teams do not happen by chance. They are built through connected leadership. In this session, Tim will share a simple, repeatable framework for how leaders create resilience by strengthening trust, connection, and shared purpose. Drawing from his experience as a Marine Corps fighter pilot, from flight school through TOPGUN and squadron command, and his transition into entrepreneurship, Tim will show how the same leadership “DNA” applies whether you are leading in high-stakes operations or high-uncertainty environments.
