Introduction
How does one lead effectively in a time of crisis? Drawing on more than 20 years of experience as a federal prosecutor, counsel to leading corporations and their executives, and a law firm leader, Chris will spearhead a discussion of the principles, strategies, and tactics that promote effective leadership in times of crisis. The session will peel the curtain back on real-world examples of crises that have beset a variety of organizations to identify challenges to managing those crises and how leaders have – and have not – successfully met them. The discussion will explore, among other matters, problem-solving in times of crisis and how to manage both internal and external constituencies through effective communication.
